Cancellation Policy

For cancellation of on-going service package or for cancellation of service renewal, clients need to submit a cancellation request via email and convey the same via a phone call.

You can submit a cancellation request in the first 7 business days of the start of your session. Any request submitted later than 7 business days will be considered as cancellation for the next month’s service session.

Refund Policy

We shall process the refund depending on the billing frequency. If the billing frequency is one year or more from the date of purchase, you will receive the refund within 30 days. If the billing frequency is less than one year from the date of purchase, you will receive the refund within 3 working days.
